All work is done in our lab in Manatee County, FL. Your project never leaves our lab!
With the modern age creeping in, we have expanded our capabilities to include digital transfers to flash drives. This allows you to preserve your memories so that they may continue on even in the digital age.
We transfer 8mm, Super 8 & 16mm film using the latest film scanning technology and techniques available in the industry today. The captured images can be saved to Flash Drives, DVDs, CDs or External Hard Drives.
We scan Slides, Photos and Negatives in high resolution and create Flash Drive, DVD or Blu-ray presentations that will play on your computer or TV. And, you have the option of ordering jpeg digital files for making prints.
VTI technicians know video tape.
Since 1979, VTI has been working with the latest video tape formats and maintains many of those same style of machines to this day. VTI can transfer video from VHS, VHS-C, Video8, Hi8, Digital 8 and MiniDV.
Let our experts examine your “chip” and safely transfer your material to Flash Drive, CD, DVD, Blu-ray or an external hard drive for long term storage and give you the ability to share the times of your life with friends and family.
We can duplicate CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray from your master. In the digital world, a digital copy is just as good as the original.
Reel to Reel tape, audio cassettes, and vinyl records have been a great way to capture someone's voice, a musical performance, a speech or lecture for more than a half century.
A lot of what we do is custom work, done by hand and by eye. So often films, slides and negatives have been stored in places that are not conducive to their preservation. By working with each job as a custom experience we can bring out the best of each and every image.
We recommend storage on Flash Drives as MP4 Videos or jpeg picture files. Or we can store your memories to DVD, Blu-ray, CD or external hard drive - depending on the content and the medium. We can also provide your material in a variety of digital formats to meet whatever custom needs you might have.
The perfect lighting conditions don't always coincide with that precious moment you captured on film. Modern technology gives us tools to find those images lost in the darkness, restore the color that was once there and even stabilize an otherwise jerky image.
Years ago before tape, people would record their messages to one another on an actual record disc. Not many survive but the ones that have bring precious memories with them. Maybe you had one of those reel to reel tape or audio cassette decks and recorded the kids talking, singing and playing? They're a real hoot to listen to today.
Digital cameras make it easy to shoot hours of video without worrying about changing tape, losing the tape you shot or having to buy another tape for every 30 to 60 minutes of shoot time. But eventually the camera memory or the chip becomes full and then what to you do? We can transfer your digital recordings to disc or flash drive for backup storage and turn your material into movies and slide shows that you can easily share with friends and family.
Once we have your material on disc we can duplicate those discs for you in whatever quantity you might need and do it quickly. Do you want to share your movies with a couple of family members or do you want copies for the entire congregation? Either way its no problem for VTI.
